Billing and Payments
SEOJuice uses Paddle as our payment processor. Most billing actions are managed through the Paddle customer portal, accessible from your account settings.
How to View Your Bill
Access your billing history anytime through your account dashboard. Simply log in, navigate to the Billing section, and you’ll find all your past and current invoices listed there. Click any invoice to view or download it as PDF.
Payment Methods
SEOJuice accepts multiple payment options through Paddle:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Direct bank transfer (for annual plans)
Changing Your Payment Card
- Go to Account Settings → Billing
- Click Manage Subscription to open the Paddle customer portal
- Click Update Payment Method
- Enter your new card details and confirm
You can also update your payment method via the link in any Paddle receipt email.
Automatic Payments
Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle. Your payment method on file is charged without requiring manual action. If a payment fails, Paddle retries automatically over several days before suspending service.
Updating Your Billing Address
To change your invoice address, company name, or VAT number:
- Go to Account Settings → Billing
- Click Manage Subscription to open the Paddle portal
- Update your billing details (company name, address, VAT number)
- Click Save
Future invoices will reflect the updated information. For more on tax details, see Tax Information.
Downloading Invoices
- Go to Account Settings → Billing
- Find the invoice in your billing history
- Click to download as PDF
Invoices include your company details, VAT number (if provided), and the plan amount with applicable taxes.
