How SEOJuice Works
SEOJuice is an automated SEO platform that handles internal linking, on-page optimizations, accessibility improvements, and content intelligence — without touching your CMS templates or source code.
The Big Picture
- You add your website — Enter your domain in the SEOJuice dashboard.
- You integrate a small script — Add a lightweight JavaScript snippet to your site (or use a platform plugin like WordPress).
- SEOJuice crawls your site — Our crawler indexes all your pages, analyzes content, and builds a semantic map of your site.
- Optimizations are applied automatically — Internal links, meta tag suggestions, alt text, accessibility fixes, and structured data are generated and delivered to your visitors in real time.
- You monitor results — Track progress through the dashboard, audit reports, and Google Search Console integration.
What Happens Automatically
Once integrated, SEOJuice handles these tasks without any manual work:
- Internal links — AI identifies contextually relevant pages and creates links between them using natural anchor text. Links are injected via JavaScript when pages load — your source code stays untouched.
- Image alt text — Missing or generic alt attributes are replaced with descriptive, keyword-aware alternatives.
- Meta tag suggestions — Titles and descriptions are analyzed and improvements are suggested (or auto-applied, depending on your settings).
- Accessibility fixes — ARIA labels, focus management, skip navigation, and other WCAG 2.1 Level AA improvements are injected at runtime.
- Structured data — Schema markup is generated and maintained for your pages.
What Requires Your Action
SEOJuice automates the repetitive technical work, but some things still need a human:
- Content creation — Writing new blog posts, landing pages, or product descriptions.
- Keyword strategy — Deciding which topics and keywords to target.
- Structural changes — Reorganizing your site architecture, fixing URL structures, or editing robots.txt.
- Platform-specific settings — Some CMS platforms (like Squarespace) limit what can be changed programmatically. SEOJuice will flag issues, but you may need to address them in your CMS.

Timeline: What to Expect
| Timeframe | What Happens |
|---|---|
| Minutes | Script installed, site appears in dashboard |
| Hours | Initial crawl completes, first audit report generated |
| 24–72 hours | Internal links start appearing on your pages |
| 1–2 weeks | Google begins re-crawling and indexing your updated pages |
| 3–4 weeks | Search Console data starts reflecting changes |
| 3–9 months | Meaningful ranking improvements become visible |
SEO is a long-term investment. SEOJuice accelerates the technical work, but search engine ranking changes take time to materialize.
Crawl Schedule
SEOJuice continuously monitors your site:
- Every 24 hours — Sitemap is checked for new or updated pages.
- Every 72 hours — Full website crawl to detect content changes, broken links, and new optimization opportunities.
- On demand — You can request a manual re-crawl from the dashboard at any time.
Optimization Modes
For each optimization type, you can choose how SEOJuice behaves:
| Mode | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Off | Feature disabled — no changes applied |
| Suggest | SEOJuice recommends changes, you review and approve individually |
| One-Click | Suggestions are shown with a one-click apply button |
| Automate | Changes are applied automatically without manual review |
Configure these per-feature in your website settings.
