Login & Access Issues

Having trouble logging in or accessing your SEOJuice account? Here are solutions for the most common issues.

”504 Gateway Time-out” Error

A 504 error means the server is temporarily overloaded or undergoing maintenance.

What to do:

  1. Wait 5–10 minutes and try again
  2. Check SEOJuice status to see if there’s a known outage
  3. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  4. Try a different browser or incognito/private window

If the error persists for more than 30 minutes, contact support at hello@seojuice.io.

Redirected to Registration Page

If clicking “Login” takes you to a registration page instead:

  1. Check your URL — Make sure you’re going to the login page, not the signup page
  2. Clear cookies — Old session cookies can cause redirect issues. Clear cookies for seojuice.io in your browser settings
  3. Check your auth method — If you originally signed up with Google (Auth0), use the “Continue with Google” button. If you signed up with email, use the email/password form
  4. Try a different browser — This rules out browser extension conflicts

Can’t Remember How I Signed Up

SEOJuice supports two sign-in methods:

  • Google (Auth0) — Click “Continue with Google” and select the Google account you used to sign up
  • Email + Password — Enter the email address associated with your account

If you’re unsure which method you used, try both. The login page will tell you if no account exists for that email.

Forgot Password

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click “Forgot password?”
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link
  5. Click the link and create a new password

The reset link expires after 24 hours. If it doesn’t arrive, check that you’re using the correct email address.

Can’t Access Account Settings

If you can log in but can’t reach the account settings page:

  1. Try accessing settings directly via the URL: https://seojuice.io/dashboard/account/settings/
  2. Clear your browser cache and reload
  3. Check if your browser is blocking JavaScript — SEOJuice requires JavaScript enabled
  4. Try a different browser

If the problem persists, contact support — it may be a temporary UI issue.

Agency/Team Member Access

If you’re a team member and can’t access the account:

  • Ask the account owner to verify your invitation was sent and accepted
  • Check your email for an invitation link (check spam folder)
  • Invitation expired — Invitations expire after 48 hours. Ask the account owner to resend it
  • Wrong email — Make sure you’re logging in with the same email the invitation was sent to

Still Can’t Log In?

If none of the above solutions work, contact support at hello@seojuice.io with:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • What happens when you try to log in (screenshot if possible)
  • Which browser you’re using
  • Whether you signed up with Google or email
